You’ve just discovered it. There are several things necessary for success in MLM. It takes dedication and persistence to grow a business.

1.) Desire

A desire to really do this business and get out of the Rat Race forever. If you really understand this business and have a true desire to help yourself and others, you’re already 90% there. Most people are happy with the way things are. People who desire better are the ones who change the world.

2.) Commitment

Commitment to your purpose and values provides a clear sense of direction. We must understand how our work fits into our objectives. Commitment is the foundation for SYNERGY in life. Clarity in mind on the big picture provides a backdrop against which all decisions can be viewed. Goals are developed with our priorities in mind. Self ground rules are set with consideration for individual values.

3.) Enthusiasm

Many times there have been brand new consultants, with little or no training, no experience and no in-depth knowledge, go out and build a network of 20 to 30 people their first month. They don’t do this with skill, knowledge or technique, they just do it through with sheer, unadulterated enthusiasm. 4.) Training

1.) Credentials/Degrees

Since Networking is so unlike other businesses, the rules are different here. It’s quite possible, actually quite common, to build a large successful organisation without having any credentials or degrees. If you have a degree, great. It’s just not mandatory for success in MLM. SYNERGY in reality is a business school, you are or should be in a training program from day one. This truly is a “Learn While You Earn Program”. The training is quality training and is life changing.

2.) Experience

Thousands now succeed in MLM who never thought they could. Thanks to the proven strategies of SYNERGY. You need no previous sales or business experience. You will decide on “What To Accomplish” and SYNERGY will show “How To Accomplish It”? Your future path will not be a cake walk, it is not supposed to be. But it is simple. Follow the system, counsel with your sponsor and do the work, you will get to where you want to go.

3.) Perfection

The perfect company or compensation plan hasn’t been invented yet. Like everything in nature, it must evolve. Your job is to look at the whole picture and the pluses shall outweigh the minuses, get started. If you sit around waiting for perfection you’ll be waiting forever. Don’t make the mistake many novices make which is to think that they can’t do anything until they have tried every single product, read every scrap of literature and completely understood the compensation plan. The important thing is to get started and learn as you go.

4.) Approval of anyone except yourself

You don’t need approval of anyone, except yourself. Sometimes even those close to you may not approve of your business. But, we have seen many people who have built huge businesses without the help of people close to them. One of the hardest facts of business to face is that not everybody is ready for success, or is as enlightened as you. Don’t be at all surprised to find that some of your closest friends and family members will not join your organisation and/or even listen to a presentation. Then they will feel obligated to regale you with horror stories of people who failed. It’s best to give these “well-meaning” souls a weary smile, thank them for their input and get away from them as quickly as possible.

5.) Huge Investments

In MLM, they have initial start up cost, which is generally minimal. We don't need advertising, office, employees or huge inventory. However, one of the important things to remember is, you are in a real business, you no longer have a boss holding you accountable. Your success or failure is dependent upon you and your actions.
